Telephone Advice

telephoneThe best time to contact a doctor or our nurse practitioner for telephone advice is after morning surgery between 11.00 am and 12 mid-day.

To avoid interrupting medical consultations the reception staff will take details and a doctor or nurse will return your call (usually after midday).

If urgent medical advice is required please make this clear to reception staff.

Please wait three to four days before ringing for the results of your blood tests.

Your medical information will not be given to another person unless we have your permission to do so.
