Welcome to Aghalee Surgery Online

At Aghalee Surgery the doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. The practice is part of village life and we wish to maintain the tradition of service to our local community.

WE REMAIN OPEN TO TREAT MEDICAL PROBLEMS, HOWEVER YOU WILL NOW SPEAK TO THE DOCTOR FIRST. If the doctor needs to see you face to face they will arrange a time for you to attend the surgery. The receptionist will ask you for a short summary of your problem, don’t be alarmed, this helps the doctor to prioritise calls if it is a particularly busy day in order to deal with the most urgent problems first.

We continue to treat, manage patients and prescribe medications, but this may be done by telephone.

If you have questions or concerns, please telephone the Surgery, as we cannot reply via this website.

It is important should you develop symptoms of; Fever, Cough, Shortness of breath or Loss of smell that you should arrange to get TESTED FOR COVID by clicking here and following the instructions.

If you have any issues with the above website you can call 119.

Our GPs are also required to provide cover for the Southern Trust Covid Clinics.

Whilst this is essential, it will impact upon our resources within the practice. We would be most grateful for your patience and support whilst we endeavour to maintain a service during the current crisis.

Thank you for your ongoing co-operation.flujabs

Best Wishes,

Drs Wilson, McDermott, Byrne & Anderson
